Donkey Club
The Donkey Club is bi-partisan and popular among County
residents, because participants have a chance to win
money a dozen times a year. At the end of every monthly
Democratic Executive Committee meeting, a number is
randomly selected from a pot, and checked against ticket holders’
numbers. The winning number receives $50 (except December's gets $300.)
Cost of one ticket is $12. There’s no
limit to the number of tickets you can purchase; each
one gives you 12 chances to win.
Jefferson Club
The Jefferson Club raises
funds to assist the county organization support of local
candidates. It is currently be reorganized and
